Reducing socket 3/4" × 1/2" BSPP F/F – galvanised cast iron
Galvanised Cast Iron Reducing Socket 3/4" BSPP × 1/2" BSPP with two internal female threads. Threaded reducing coupling according to EN 10242 for piping, air and industrial distribution systems.

A reducing socket, also known as a reducing coupling, is used to connect two threaded components with different connection sizes.
The Female × Female (F/F) design combines a 3/4" BSPP internal thread and a reduced 1/2" BSPP internal thread. This allows for a simple transition between two sizes of threaded piping or fittings.
The fitting is made of malleable cast iron EN-GJMW-400-5 (W40-05) and features a galvanised / zinc-plated surface finish to increase corrosion resistance.
The maximum working pressure is 25 bar and the specified working temperature range is −20 to +120 °C.
