O-ring 13 × 2.5 VMQ 70 is a red silicone sealing ring made of VMQ material (silicone rubber) with a hardness of approximately 70 Shore A.

VMQ material is characterised primarily by a wide range of operating temperatures, very good flexibility even at low temperatures, and high resistance to ageing, weathering, UV radiation, and ozone.

Size 13 × 2.5 mm denotes an O-ring internal diameter of 13 mm and a cross-section diameter of 2.5 mm.

Thanks to the properties of silicone, the O-ring is suitable for technical and service applications, fittings, valves, and pumps. This size can also be used for repairing water taps and sanitary fittings, provided it matches the dimensions of the original seal. VMQ is particularly suitable where temperature stability, flexibility, and long material life are required. Conversely, it is not optimal for long-term contact with mineral oils, fuels, and certain aggressive chemicals; chemical compatibility must be verified for such applications.
