LEVER CLAMP KF/NW 20/25
ISO-KF lever quick-release clamps are designed for the fast and reliable assembly of vacuum flanges without the need for tools. The KF/NW 20/25 clamp is designed for flanges with an inner diameter of 20 mm and an outer diameter of 25 mm.
Thanks to its conical profile, the clamp applies uniform pressure to the sealing O-ring, creating a vacuum-tight connection down to the order of 10⁻⁹ mbar. The lever mechanism allows for extremely fast assembly and frequent disassembly, which is ideal for regular maintenance or module replacement.
Typical applications include laboratory lines, coating technologies (PVD, CVD), semiconductor manufacturing, and analytical equipment.
