Lever Clamp KF/NW 10/16

The KF/NW 10/16 lever quick-release clamp is designed for ISO-KF vacuum flanges (DIN 28403, ISO 8668) with an inner diameter of 10 mm and an outer diameter of 16 mm. Thanks to the lever mechanism, it allows for very fast assembly and disassembly without the use of tools, which is ideal for frequent servicing, cleaning, or module replacement.

The clamp exerts uniform pressure on the sealing O-ring and creates a reliable vacuum-tight connection down to the range of 10⁻⁹ mbar. It is fully compatible and interchangeable with components from various manufacturers. Typical applications include laboratory lines, surface technologies (PVD, CVD), semiconductor production, and analytical equipment.
